Plot Discrepancies
How did Baltar not know he had been elected to the Quorum of 12?
Even allowing for the possibility of a write in ballot or automatic nomination given his prominence, it does seem doubtful that he would not be aware of his election until Starbuck told him. There is also a possible discrepancy in how the Quorum votes and what seat he was elected to given the later revelation he is from Aerilon in Series 3.
